Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Please note that all our products are non-returnable. As our items include incense sticks (agarbattis) and dhoop, which are fragrance-based and sensitive products, we are unable to accept returns once they have been sold. This policy is followed to maintain product integrity and quality standards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in case of disputed orders, such as verified payment-related issues (for example, duplicate payments or failed transactions where the amount has been debited). Once the dispute is reviewed and confirmed, the eligible refund will be processed through the original mode of payment within the stipulated timeframe. No refunds will be issued for reasons other than validated payment disputes.
